Creating the Personas

A persona is a profile that represents a group of people, in this case users of the service, stakeholders. They are fictional people created by data collated from interviews, surveys and obversations. They help make the data more easily understandable and help share research findings. Shared needs and behaviour patterns conveyed. I had cretated personas before with my time creating ads for Peugeot at the beginning of my career. Personas help create a specific image for a certain group. We had to be careful to avoid stereotypes. Key to these personas was a pull out quote taken directly from the data collected and where possible where more than one participant had a similar line or in Mia's case, a combination of three very relevant statements.

Of-course, once all data was input and refined with the team I could not leave it as black and white with varying graphics, so I added a little flair for a more professionally finished article!
